We offer a 6-hectare developed poultry farm for lease in the outskirts of Szentes, Csongrád-Csanád County. The property is well-located between Szentes and Nagytőke on the main road 45. Of the 6 hectares, 1.5 hectares is classified as land excluded from agricultural cultivation suitable for animal husbandry, while the remaining 4.5 hectares is arable land suitable for feed production or potential site expansion with steel-structured buildings (e.g., via EU grants). Továbbá mindkét épületben van légszabályozó, ami kézzel és automatán is szabályozható, épületenként 28 db lég beejtő ablak. Felsőpályás etetőrendszer van, ami épületenként 2 db 60 mázsás silóból és 2 sor spirálos takarmánybehúzóból áll. Soronként 13 hordó van berakva etetőnek.
