The data controller is committed to protecting the personal data of its users and, during data processing, fully complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679/EU) and the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (Infotv.).
2. Scope of Data Processed and Purpose of Data Processing
Inquiry and request for proposal data: Name, phone number, e-mail address, search requirements (property type, requested size, location), requested move-in date, purpose of use, message / other comments.
Purpose of data processing: Processing requests for proposals, contacting interested parties, providing real estate brokerage services.
Legal basis: Voluntary consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), or the legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) – for the purpose of real estate brokerage between market participants.
3. Data Retention Period
Personal data provided during requests for proposals will be stored by the data controller for 2 years from the date the inquiry is closed, unless the data subject requests its deletion earlier or a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
4. Data Transfer, Data Processors
The data controller will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. During data processing, we utilize the following data processors: Hosting provider – web application and data storage (under EU data processing terms), Google LLC – map services (Google Maps), analytics.
In the event of an official request, the data controller is required to provide data to authorized bodies in cases defined by law.

You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data: Right of access, Right to rectification, Right to erasure, Right to restriction of processing, Right to data portability, Right to object, Right to withdraw consent.
