Cívis Ház Zrt., as lessor, announces a tender for the utilization of the leasehold rights for the premises located at Debrecen, Bajcsy-Zs. utca 1-3-5, owned by the Municipality of Debrecen City with County Rights and managed by Cívis Ház Zrt. The subject of the tender is the premises located at Bajcsy-Zs. utca 1-3-5 (parcel ID /A/17), with a total floor area of 33 m2 according to the founding document of the condominium. This space previously operated as a medical practice. The property will be leased in its current condition and with its existing utility supply. The lessor intends to utilize the property as a retail space suitable for commercial activities and has commissioned a feasibility study for this purpose. With the new utilization, the lessor aims to create an elegant, downtown retail space suitable for commercial activities.
