Ideally located on the 45 main road between Szentes and Nagytőke, the site comprises 1.5 hectares of land designated for animal husbandry and 4.5 hectares of arable land, which can be used for feed production or reclassified to expand the facility's capacity through new steel-frame structures, potentially via EU grants. The site features industrial electricity, two drilled wells, municipal water access, and a solar power system. The developed area houses two new-construction, 720 sqm steel-frame buildings with 12 cm sandwich panel insulation, totaling 1,440 sqm of poultry housing completed in 2020 with concrete flooring. Each building is equipped with four cooling panels with water circulation systems, four high-performance fans capable of maintaining 20-24°C during summer, and automated temperature control. Furthermore, each unit includes manual and automated air intake regulation with 28 air intake windows. The overhead feeding system consists of two 6,000 kg silos per building and two rows of spiral feed lines, with 13 barrels per row. Water is supplied via the municipal network, with two rows of nipple drinkers installed per building.

Továbbá mindkét épületben van légszabályozó, ami kézzel és automatán is szabályozható, épületenként 28 db lég beejtő ablak. Felsőpályás etetőrendszer van, ami épületenként 2 db 60 mázsás silóból és 2 sor spirálos takarmánybehúzóból áll. Soronként 13 hordó van berakva etetőnek.
